Auto Insurance Premiums are currently having an evaluation among state prosecutors which is primarily brought by the unnecessary increase and premiums that these bills have. Most of them are actually results of abuse and fraud from the providers making it necessary for any consumers to evaluate first the auto insurance offering before the purchase.

The Insurance Information Institute (III) reported that there have been a significant increase of 70% each year brought by the fraud in Florida’s no fault auto insurance system. Apparently, this costs the drivers more on their end. This no-fault system pays directly to the bodily injured person without any intermediaries.

Currently, because of the abuse and fraud being reported, a bill to further enhance and be specific on the terms and conditions of this auto insurance reform bill will then be evaluated by the House committees. This will also include the evaluation on the sizes of auto insurance claims since this is where most unwanted practices are also seen.

The new legislation will also include setting a fee schedule that is applicable to the car. There will also be an increase list of services that customers can also opt to avail without the worry of being caught in fraud or abuse. There will also be a monitoring among the providers to ensure that they will provide the auto insurance as expected.
