The CIMB had launched its new i*Trade@CIMB online capabilities that would allow customers to transact and monitor information via 3G such as Apple and iPad.
The online site also contained exclusive access to CIMB’s researches and other comprehensive information that busy customers wanted to keep updated. According to a Deputy Chief Officer of CIMB Group, their clients are embracing the mobile internet, and hence, would want to have market updates and trade stocks wherever they happen to be. With the increasing number of iPhone and iPad users, CIMB Group is confident that their customers will find this new initiative extremely rewarding.
CIMB is Malaysia’s pride and as a universal bank, it ranked fifth among Southeast Asia’s largest total assets banks. Their new online i*Trade@CIMB was designed to provide a more flexible monitoring of various customers who wanted to track the latest market news, portfolio management and intraday chart. Any person who was a certified member of the online i*Trade@CIMB can freely browse, and check real-time snapshots and streaming of prices in markets of Asian countries and in the US.
Aside from this, CIMB were also making promotional offers by giving 5 iPads to 5 highly-valued clients who will be selected in the campaign.
